Homelands App LLC

Homelands Fitness privacy policy

Updated September 5, 2026

Information you provide

We collect your email, name, password hash, and account identifier to create and protect your account. You may add a profile photo, phone number, and date of birth. We store the activities, route coordinates, duration, distance, steps, estimated calories, notes, and tags you choose to save.

Location and device permissions

Location is used while the app is open to record activities, show nearby territories and finds, and place community finds. Motion data can count steps. Photo access lets you select a profile or contribution image. These permissions are optional. You can browse without allowing them. The app does not collect location in the background.

Community and privacy choices

Finds, land knowledge, public group runs, and their content are visible to other users. Private runs are visible to their creator and invited participants. Saved activity history is private to you and authorized administrators. Profile privacy settings control anonymous contributions and the precision of shared find locations. You can report content and block contributors.

How information is used

We use information to provide activity tracking, native-land education, community participation, account security, moderation, reminders, and support. We do not sell personal information or use advertising, cross-app tracking, or AI services. Premium contribution access is free and the app has no paid purchases.

Service providers

Convex hosts account and app data, Resend delivers account verification and reset emails, and Vercel hosts our web portal. Apple Maps or Google Maps displays maps. Native Land Digital supplies educational territory boundaries. Connections to our services use HTTPS encryption. Providers may process technical connection data to deliver and secure their services.

Retention and deletion

Account data remains while your account is active. You can delete individual activities and your contributions in the app. Account deletion removes your profile information, uploaded media, saved activities and history, contributions, finds, scheduled runs, reminders, preferences, and active sessions from our operational database. Only an anonymous account marker remains to keep existing block references valid. Service providers may retain security, email delivery, and backup records under their retention policies.

Delete your account in Profile > Delete account, or use our web deletion page. You can request individual data deletion through the same page without deleting your account.
